Seafood omelette
Instructions
Clean the mussels and place them in a saucepan with 2 cups of white wine, salt, pepper, onion and parsley.
Let boil for 5 minutes and then remove the mussels from the shell.
In a pan melt some butter and add the mussels and shrimps, which you previously boiled in salted water.
When everything is golden add a spoonful of cream.
Then beat the eggs, add salt, pepatele and cook in butter as an omelette.
Fill this omelette with mussels, shrimps and close.
