Seafood Noodles (Tagliatelle di Mare)
Instructions
Put in a pan, shrimp scampi and the cuttlefish (clean cut) with three tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic, and cook over lively 5 minutes, stirring.
Add a glass of sweet white wine and cook the sauce covered for another 5 minutes.
Merge then 4 or 5 tablespoons preserves, a pinch of chilli, salt and leave all other stir 5 minutes and finally put the clams have already purged and shelled; transfer the gravy noodles, cooked al dente in plenty of boiling salted water and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Serve with a generous handful of chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese.

- 350 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 16 prawns
- 16 scampi
- 16 cuttlefish
- Retina 1 of clams
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of chili
- Sprinkling 1 of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 glass of sweet white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
