Sausage and potato soup
Instructions
Remove the skin to sausages, sgranatele and put to fry in a sauce of onion, Sage and chopped garlic.
Add the tomatoes, parsley, potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges and meat broth; Add salt and pepper and finish cooking.
Serve accompanied with slices of toasted bread.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of sausages
- 400 g of potatoes
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 4 leaves sage
- 150 cl of meat broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some slices of bread
