Sausage and potatoes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, when are cold cut into thin slices.
Cook the sausages a few minutes, let cool and cut into rings.
Get everyone together in a salad bowl with the potatoes, mix it with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, add salt and pepper and garnish with olives, pitted.
Accompanying wines: Riesling Italico "Bubbly" Oltrepò Pavese DOC Alto Adige Pinot Bianco "sparkling wine" Malvasia Frizzante DOC "Colli Di Parma DOC.

- 4 pork sausages
- 5 white potatoes
- A Few Tablespoons Mayonnaise =
- Pitted black olives
- Salt
- Pepper
