Sausage and chicory
Instructions
In a saucepan Cook the sausages with two tablespoons of water, bucatele with the prongs of the fork and remove them when they are shiny.
Spellatele, chopped.
In a salad bowl collect the chicory, bread cubes, sausage.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Seasoned with olive oil, sprinkle with vinegar, stir and serve.

- 200 g of fried bread cubes
- 200 g of chicory salad
- 2 meat sausages
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Wine vinegar
