Instructions
Internally drained Zucchini.
Melt a knob of butter and put to fry a chopped onion, celery and carrot.
Add the finely chopped, salted meat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Let cool and then cream.
the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Stuffed Zucchini with this mixture and place them in a pan with a little butter and half a glass of water, causing them to cook for 40 minutes, then serve.
