Instructions
Remove the top cap and Zucchini scavatele gently removing the pulp.
Fry the sliced onions in a little oil, add the chopped flesh of Zucchini, bread soaked in water and well wrung out, cheese.
Mix well, remove from heat and add the beaten egg.
Fill the courgettes, place them in a baking dish, sprinkled with a little parmesan and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 8 round zucchini
- 2 white onions
- Olive oil
- 1 slice of bread (crumb)
- 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 50 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- == 1 beaten egg

- Pepper
