Stewed mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and remove the lower part of the stems, then the largest cast them for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Add the lemon juice, drain them and let them drip dry a little.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, lightly brown the garlic with oil, then throw the mushrooms and stir everything to marinate.
Add salt and pepper, and continue cooking for about 30 minutes, adding the broth every now and then why not dry too.
After about 30 minutes, the dish is ready.

- 130 g of fresh mushrooms
- 80 g of peeled tomatoes
- 195 g of vegetable broth
- 15 g of parsley
- 5 g of ground white pepper
