Fried trout
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add the trout fillets and whole onion.
Cook for 6-7 minutes, turning the fish several times.
Add salt, remove the onion and chopped fish with a fork.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the chopped parsley, add milk and shredded trout.
Melt the butter in the Pan, pour in the egg mixture and fish and cook the omelette over low heat.

- 250 g of trout fillets
- 1 clove of onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 20 g of butter
- Salt
