Ribes beef fillets
Instructions
Flavored oil, herbs, chopped onion and carrot; pour in the wine and cook for five minutes, add salt, pepper and seasoning the meat in this marinade 2 hours.
Drain fillets and saute it in hot oil for 5 minutes, decorate with a marinade from a strainer, bring to boiling.
In a saucepan, boil the marsala with the juice and zest of Orange fillets, add the gelatin and the fruits of ribes.
Arrange the fillets on a serving platter, decorate with sauce and serve.

- 4 beef fillets
- Currant jelly
- 1 tablespoon of ribes
- Mixed chopped herbs
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 orange
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
