Tortiglioni with mussels
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water.
Boil with a little parsley and chopped garlic, mussels.
Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter with the oil, then add the onion and the chopped anchovies, parsley, Basil and tomatoes.
This sauce, add the cooking water mussels and allow to cook for 1 hour.
A few minutes before end of cooking add the mussels.
Drain the pasta and dress with the sauce.
