Tortiglioni with mushrooms and sausage
Instructions
While 250 g pasta pot, saute in oil a small onion and 1/2 finely chopped carrot, 2 sausages and 15 grams of dried porcini mushrooms previously found in boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons of water of mushrooms and 200 g of tomato sauce, a ground pepper and a pinch of garlic granules.
