Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Sauté them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.
Spread on the slices of meat cutting board and salt them lightly.
Place a slice of ham on each slice of meat.
Split between the same one eighth of mushrooms and a few crushed cardamom semino.
Close to roulade slices and secure with toothpicks.
Flour rolls.
Saute it in 2 tablespoons oil 10 g butter, very hot.
Squirt with half a glass of wine and cook for about 6 minutes.
Sliced potato, saltatele in 30 g butter flavored with Sage and Rosemary, and serve with the meat.

- White flour
