Instructions

Cut the artichokes into wedges, putting on 4 skewers, alternating with pieces of bacon.

Roast the skewers in oil, butter and crushed garlic, soak them with broth, salt, pepper and cook covered over sweet for 45 minutes.

Merge eventually chopped parsley.
