Instructions

Clean the artichokes and hearts into wedges.

Slide on 4 skewers, alternating with pieces of bacon.

Saute the skewers in oil, butter and crushed garlic, soak them with 2 ladles of broth, salt, and pepper and cook pianissimo and covered for 45 minutes, adding the chopped parsley.
