Meatloaf with mushrooms
Instructions
Brown garlic and herbs in oil; brasarvi mushrooms with a little broth.
Mix meat, eggs, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, spices.
Flatten the mixture on a film.
Using this roll up; place the mushrooms in half lengthwise and roll up putting into shape.
Brown, basting with broth, then bake.

- 700 g of maremma beef minced meat
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- Nutmeg
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Parsley
