Fruit stuffed chicken
Instructions
Softened plums and apricots in cold water for 2 hours.
Wash chicken, inside pepatelo and salt and fry with butter and onion.

Meanwhile, 3/4 of the chopped nuts, add the peeled and chopped chestnuts and 3/4 of the pine nuts.

Perfumed with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Remove the chicken from the fire and farcitelo with the mixture, fry it in butter, Sage, Rosemary and Bay leaves.
