Peas in sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, combine the peas, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the broth, onions, lettuce, parsley and continue cooking, stir in potato starch, stir and serve.

- 3 onions
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 100 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- 1 glass of broth
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
