Chicken breasts in almond sauce
Instructions
In a pan melt half the butter and saucepan, over low heat the chicken breasts.
Add the lemon juice, add salt and pepper, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the meat and put into half the remaining butter, almonds, crushed garlic and onion thinly sliced.
Just almonds have browned, add the remaining butter, pour in the wine and let evaporate.
Place the breasts in the Pan when they are warm put them well on the serving dish, cover with the sauce, Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley.
Accompanying wines: Valle d'Aosta Petit Rouge, DOC Colli Piacentini DOC Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Crow VdT.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 lemon
- 40 g of almond
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 dram of dry white wine
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
