Cook the peeled potatoes in salted water.
Make a sauce with the butter, a bit of lemon zest, onion and parsley, add salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Add the potatoes cut into slices.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Crush the kernels of nuts and sprinkle them with lemon juice; pour over the potatoes before serving.
