Instructions

In a Pan fry in oil with garlic peeled and chopped and washed and chopped Sage; combine the potatoes, peeled and diced, leeks washed away and sliced and scraped carrots and cut into rings.

Stir for 4 minutes, then cover the vegetables with 100 cl hot broth and cook for an hour; 20 minutes before end of cooking add the drained beans, then pasta and season with salt and pepper.
