Instructions
In a crock FRY oil, chopped tomato, onion, garlic, celery, 3 ladlefuls of nut and Bacon cut into small pieces.
Apart from Cook beans and ham bone in salted water for about an hour.
Remove the ham bone and remove the little remaining pulp, pour it with baked beans in crock where you have already prepared the sauce.
You resume cooking and add the Razor Clams or any other pasta to taste, leaving Cook.
Serve the pasta and beans after it stand for a few minutes, adding a little oil and a pinch of pepper.

- 500 g of fresh beans
- 200 g of type razor clams pasta
- 1 ham bone
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Celery
- Lard (or ham fat)
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 1 nut
