Chicken and barley soup
Instructions
Put the chicken in a pot, an onion, a carrot, a stick of celery, wine and cover with two litres of water.
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for an hour, skimming occasionally abundant.
Meanwhile boil the barley in salted water for half an hour.
Drain, insaporitelo with a little butter and chopped onion, sprinkle with the white wine, evaporate.
When the chicken is cooked, drain them from the broth, spellatelo and cut meat fillets.
Add the broth, add the barley and cook for 10 minutes.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Perfumed by adding half a teaspoon of cumin seeds.
Passed in the soup-tureen and serve the soup hot.

- 1/2 chicken
- 120 g of barley
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- Salt
