Instructions

Put the beans to soak overnight, then cook for 90 minutes.

To find the shredded vegetables in bacon chopped, moisten with broth and cook for 1 hour, add the drained beans and rice and cook 30 minutes.

Pepper and serve with plenty of Parmesan.
