Bean and cabbage soup black
Instructions
Soak overnight 300 g cannellini beans and then boil them with an onion, a bay leaf, a stick of celery and salt.
1000 g chop cabbage leaves black and stufarle with a little oil, salt, pepper and 500 g of peeled tomatoes.
In a soup-tureen alternate layers of sliced stale bread, soaked with the cooking broth beans, beans and cabbage stew with your juice.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour before serving.

- 1 costa of celery

- 1000 g of black cabbage leaves
