Stewed Codfish (Merluzzo in Umido)
Instructions
Wash and mince the herbs.
Put on the heat a pan with a little oil, add the flavoring, fry gently and add the previously thawed fish.
Saute, season with salt and add the white wine, causing it to evaporate.
Cover the Pan and cook.
Serve very hot.

- 600 g of cod
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- Parsley
- Celery
- Carrot
- Onion
- Laurel
- 1 glass white wine
