Instructions
Dry the cod, remove the skin and cut into pieces.
Heat 20 cl of olive oil and the chopped Leek rosolarvi, then rosolarvi the cod dipped in flour, then add the tomatoes and a bit of Chili, stir and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
10 minutes before the end of regular cooking salt and beat to combine parsley, garlic and basil.
