Braised lettuce tomatoes
Instructions
Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water.
Remove the wilted leaves of lettuce, wash and emerge them for one minute in boiling water.
Put them under cold water and let them drain.
Chop the parsley and ham.

Peel the onion and chop finely.
Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add the butter.
