Green lasagna
Instructions
Prepare lasagna as usual.
Fry the vegetables with olive oil, butter and chopped Bacon; Add the minced meat.
When the meat has taken a beautiful golden color add tomato sauce and milk.
Add salt and pepper and cook over very low heat for about 2 hours.
Add the ham cut into pieces.
Season each layer of lasagna just boil and cool in cold water with a little meat, a bit of bechamel and Parmesan.
Last layer just sauce.
Bake until a golden crust is formed.

- For the dough:
- 600 g of flour
- 5 eggs
- 600 g of spinach
- For the bechamel:
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- For ragù:
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Bacon
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 2 slices of onion
- 200 g of beef
- 100 g of pork
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 100 g of ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmigiano
