Roasted mushrooms
Instructions
With a damp cloth to clean thoroughly the chapels from the Earth.
Lay them in a baking dish greased with oil with the hollow side facing upwards.
Prepare a very fine chopped garlic and parsley and add salt and pepper; make an emulsion with the oil and distribute it in abundance on mushrooms.
Bake in the oven already warm to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 chapels of fresh porcini mushrooms (large chapels and intact)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
