Instructions
In a bowl mix the meat, chopped ham, parsley, garlic peeled and chopped, cheese, egg and season with salt and pepper.
Then form a meatloaf, sauté in a pan with butter, olive oil and Rosemary, time by all parties.
When it will be colorful, spray it with 1/2 glass of wine and continue cooking for 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with sliced cooking sauce.

- 600 g of minced beef
- 200 g of ham
- Chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Rosemary
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
