Mixed fries with cheese
Instructions
Anchovy sauce, prepared as follows.
Clean the anchovy fillets, wash them under running water, diliscateli and reduce it to very small pieces.
Mix in a bowl with a wooden spoon, butter.
Keep on stirring until it becomes creamy.
Add the anchovy fillets into small pieces and work around.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, mix and pass through a sieve.
Let stand until ready to serve.
