Mixed fruit cake
Instructions
Wash away all the fruit, cut it into small pieces and place in buttered baking dish 1.
Let it dry in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with sugar and leave it in the oven again for 10 minutes.
Divide the cake into 2 disks; distribute on the lower fruit prepared.
Spread the jam disc and place it above.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- 1 spain loaf of 250 g
- 1000 g of mixed fruits (banana, pear, apple, pineapple)
- 150 g of whipped cream sweetened
- 40 g of chocolate
- 50 g of sugar
- Peach jam
- Butter
