Mixed fruit pie
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the flour, corn starch, corn flour and melted butter, a little at a time, milk.
Finally add the sifted baking powder, lemon zest and chopped and cut fruit into slices.
Pour the mixture into a pan of about 22 cm in diameter greased and floured.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Served sprinkling of icing sugar.

- 400 g of mixed fruit
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of cornstarch (cornflour)
- 100 g of milk
- 70 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- == 1 lemon (zest Grated Yellow)
