Instructions

Cut the cheese into thin slices, or coarsely grate it, using the grater with holes.

Clean and wash the salad, sgrondatela and keep it aside.

Cut the ham into strips.

In a nonstick frying pan, approximately 14 cm in diameter, 1/4 of the cheese, covering completely.

Place over medium heat and simmer until cheese is completely melted and turned into a crisp Golden waffles.

Let cool completely the wafer without touching it, so will take the form of a Cup.

Proceed in the same manner with the remaining cheese: you have to get 4 cups.
