Instructions

Take the skillet and let melt the butter, then add the onion and saute for good; put the peas (PEA amount equal to that of cheese, or slightly less), salt, a tablespoon of water.

When peas are almost cooked and the water has gone, add cheese cut end and then the frittatone.
