Turkey leg to aromas
Instructions
Have the butcher prepare the Turkey boneless and Skinless.
Chop the spices and knead it with nut, pepper and a little wine.
Soak the leg with the wine and sprinkle with the chopped.
Let the mixture marinate for half a day in the refrigerator.
Coat a baking sheet with parchment paper; place the Turkey with spices.
Seal with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hour in the oven at 200 degrees.
Uncover and restrict the sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve sliced, garnished with pine nuts and raisins.

- 1 vegetable nut
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Some berries of juniper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of sultanas (optional)
- 8 pine nuts (optional)
