Brussels Sprouts Braised (Cavolini di Bruxelles Brasati)
Instructions
Remove outer leaves from cabbage, wash them and incidetene the base.
Boil them for 5 minutes in salted water, then drain.
Finely chop the onions and brown them in a pan with the butter, add a bit of broth and simmer 5 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts, leftover broth, salt and pepper and ultimate covered casserole cooking.

- 700 g of brussels sprouts
- 2 onions
- 50 g of butter
- 20 cl of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
