Brussels sprouts braised
Instructions
Wash away the Brussels sprouts, rinse and boil them for 5 minutes in salted water.
Chop the onions and brown them in butter, adding a little broth.
Cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Add to the onions i sauteed well drained, the rest of the broth, salt and pepper and bring to a covered pot cooking, making the broth evaporated.

- 700 g of brussels sprouts
- 2 onions
- 50 g of butter
- 20 cl of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
