Finely chop the garlic with parsley and saute in a little oil. Add the artichokes, cut into slices and a little water or vegetable stock. After 10 minutes add the tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. In the meantime you cook pasta in a saucepan, and pour into the Pan down with the sauce, then jump and serve with grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
Variant: as was done in the picture, you can also add some excellent fresh shrimp.
