Pasta with Artichokes (Pasta con I Carciofi)
Instructions
Clean and cut into 4 slices of artichokes, cook them in the broth until they are very tender.
Keep aside the water to cook pasta.
To boil the other 3 artichokes, spappolarli and merge them to bechamel sauce enriched with Parmesan.
Drizzle the noodles (boiled in water held aside with the artichokes cooked in broth) with 1 part of béchamel sauce previously prepared, place in buttered baking dish, 1 cover with remaining béchamel and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

- 400 g of pasta pasta integral type
- 7 artichokes
- 1 cup of bechamel
- Butter
- 70 == G Parmesan cheese
