Artichokes alla napoletana
Instructions
Carefully clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and keep for 10 minutes to soak in water acidulated with lemon juice.
In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil with whole garlic cloves and collect it when they became Golden.
