Artichokes alla paesana
Instructions
Split artichokes in wedges.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Clean lettuce and reduce it into strips.
Dissolve 60 g of butter in a saucepan, combine artichokes and bacon cubes, seasoning and after a few minutes add the halved shallots, potatoes and lettuce.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with 2 ladles of broth, cover and cook for 40 minutes to fire.

- 1 heart of lettuce salad
