Stuffed Squid (Calamaro Ripieno)
Instructions
Clean the squid.
Prepare the filling by mixing together the chopped tuna, chopped onion, bread soaked in milk, boiled beans and cut into pieces, seared and pepper cut in thin slices, parmesan, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
With a spoon, fill the squid to you removing the tentacles, sew the opening.
Cook in a pan for 45 minutes with onion and white wine, let cool and cut into slices.
Heat sauce and pour over the slices.

- 2 big squid
- 1 handful of green beans
- 1/2 red pepper
- 200 g of tuna
- 2 eggs
- Onion
- Parmigiano
- 2 slices of bread
- Milk
- Olive oil extra virgin
- White wine
- Salt
