Stuffed Squid (Seppie Farcite)
Instructions
Wash and clean the cuttlefish.
Wash, clean and chop the squid, collect them in a bowl, add the crumbled three sandwiches crumbs, 1 tablespoon chopped capers and pine nuts, a bit of chopped parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients and fill the cuttlefish with this stuffing.
Arrange in a baking dish, drizzle with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
