Instructions
Pass the thread in chopped herbs and then cook it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and 1 clove garlic.
Cut the thread and then set it for 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Dice the kohlrabi, dress with oil, salt and pepper and place next to the thread.
