Sliced salmon
Instructions
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, salt, pepatelo and sprinkling it with the juice of a lemon and a half.
Sprinkle with half the chopped fennel and with the peel of half a lemon, cut into thin streaks.
Cover the preparation with kitchen film and place the dish in the refrigerator until the next day.
Remove the dish from the refrigerator an hour before serving.
Drain the salmon from the marinade, place on baking paper lined with apposite greased with oil and cook at 250 degrees for 5 minutes.
Baked salmon, cut into thin slices and place it on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the chopped fennel that have kept aside and serve with sour cream.

- 600 g of salmon fillet
- 2 lemons
- Few sprigs of fennel
- 100 g of sour cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
