Rice and rape
Instructions
Braise in a little oil a beaten of garlic, bacon and chopped parsley.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, then add turnips, peeled and finely sliced and after a few minutes the rice.
Add salt, and bring to boiling.
Finish with cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

- 200 g of rice for soups
- 350 g of rape
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 50 cl of vegetable broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
