Rice and pumpkin (2)
Instructions
Remove the rind and seeds the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, not too small.
Bring to a boil 50 cl of salt water and dip the pumpkin.
After 3-4 minutes add the rice.
Cook stirring often lead, but avoiding to undo the pumpkin.
When the rice is cooked remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan.
Stir with the butter.
Serve hot.

- 600 g of pumpkin
- 300 g of vialone
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of parmigiano
- Salt
