Lamb chops with almonds
Instructions
Marinate 30 minutes in the chops a little vinegar.
Pass in a Breading of pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, then in beaten eggs with salt and pepper, then again in the Breading and finally in almonds.
Fry them in oil and serve on Mixed Greens.
